Funeral service is at St Joseph's Church, Maidenhead. on Tuesday 12th March 2019 at 12pm
Followed by a cremation at Chilterns Crematorium, Milton Chapel at 1.45pm
There will be a gathering to celebrate Dave's life after at CIM Moor Hall, Cookham, Maidenhead, Berkshire SL6 9QH from 2.45-6pm
No Flowers please, but donations, if desired, in memory of Dave for the work of Thames Hospice would be warmly welcomed.
